Southbank Place is one of London’s premier mixed-use estates, comprising a landmark collection of office, residential, retail and public realm assets developed through the joint venture between Canary Wharf Group and Qatari Diar. Extending to over 1.4 million sq ft adjacent to Waterloo Station and the South Bank, the estate represents one of the capital’s most significant regeneration projects.
Kauffmans has been appointed to provide strategic real estate advice to the joint venture across its retained estate holdings. Our role includes advising on the long-term commercial strategy for the portfolio, drawing upon our experience in complex estate ownerships, institutional real estate and mixed-use assets.
