ALL PROJECTS

The Worship Street Estate, EC2

Over the following 26 years, the City patiently assembled more nearly a dozen individual buildings, creating one of the largest strategically assembled estates on the fringe of the City.

Shoreditch Works, EC2

A once in a generation opportunity. Long before Shoreditch became one of London’s most sought-after destinations, two families began quietly assembling buildings across the neighbourhood. They weren’t following a trend, they were investing for the long term, recognising the area’s potential decades before it became synonymous with London’s creative economy.

The Annexe Buildings, West Smithfield, EC1

For more than a century, The Annexe Buildings formed part of the historic Smithfield Market. Today, they are set to become one of the defining projects within the transformation of Smithfield and the wider Destination City initiative.

60 Aldgate, EC3

Formerly the site of a 13th century abbey, the centre of the 18th century sugar industry and Jack the Ripper’s 19th century stomping ground, Aldgate is steeped in history.

Met Building, E1

LaSalle purchased the property from LocatED in October 2022 for £56.58M. The transaction was structured so that the acquisition, AfL and fixed-price build contract all happened simultaneously. This ensured the deal could go ahead, even in such an uncertain market.

Principal Place, EC2

Principal Place was Shoreditch’s first large floorplate development. It was the catalyst that attracted Amazon, which in turn was the springboard for drawing hundreds of other exciting new occupiers to the area.

The Stage, EC2

With 350,000 sq ft of first class commercial accommodation, 412 high-end private residences and 1 acre of public space, The Stage transformed South Shoreditch.

That’s why we set up The Kauffmans Foundation to support causes that are close to us, and our clients. To this end, at least 5% of our income is distributed where we feel we can make the most impact.
