Oxygen Asset Management has completed one of the City’s largest lease regears this year, with more than 350,000 sq ft of office space secured at 30 Gresham Street.
The deal was made on behalf of landlord 30 Gresham Street Limited, a joint venture between Hong Kong-listed Wing Tai Properties and Manhattan Holdings.
The three tenants involved in the transaction are Commerzbank, Investec and Rathbones.
Acting as both asset and development manager, Oxygen will now proceed with a planned renovation of the building.
