The client, one of the UK’s largest investment management firms had expansion plans and needed a new HQ. Following a decision to relocate from Mayfair to the City, a new home was needed for the company’s London team.
Following a shortlisting process, 8 Finsbury Circus was chosen. This impressive, RIBA-awarded building, not only gave the client a statement City location, it also gave them extra space to expand into.
Once the new HQ was agreed, a competitive lease was negotiated, future growth space was sub-let, and most recently the legacy sublease was surrendered on premium terms.
