Aldgate Tower is a purpose-built Grade A office space on the corner of Whitechapel High Street and Leman Street. AECOM moved into Aldgate Tower in late 2016, taking six of its 16 storeys. Initially working as part of a joint agent team, we were brought in to add a spark to AECOM’s sub-letting campaign. Then in September 2023, we arranged the sublet of one of their entire 20,000 sq ft floors.
