One Fairchild has everything going for it. This highly sustainable new development will be a huge asset to Shoreditch, contributing to the area’s economic and environmental growth.
Kauffmans’ involvement so far, has been at two key stages. Firstly, we were appointed by Highgate Hotels to advise on scheme design and to help with a restructure of the Headlease. Terms were agreed with the freeholder, and the Deed of Variation was executed in April 2021.
Then in November of the same year, Kauffmans advised Highgate on the disposal to Rocket Properties. Kauffmans was immediately re-appointed for our Development Consultancy skills and all-round strategic expertise.
