College Hill is an attractive Grade A office building with a rich heritage, originally serving as one of six City of London Police Stations during the Victorian era. Arranged over lower ground, ground and five upper floors, the building provides approximately 19,600 sq ft of office accommodation.
Kauffmans was appointed by the COIF Charities Property Fund to develop the building’s leasing strategy, create its brand identity and market positioning, and oversee the leasing campaign. Successfully letting the building on a floor-by-floor basis, we maximised occupancy while delivering a tailored approach to suit the varying requirements of occupiers.
