11 Pilgrim Street is a major refurbishment project in London’s Blackfriars. The scheme, a complete modernisation over lower ground, ground and 7 upper floors, will incorporate a rooftop extension and core reconfiguration. This, along with a new reception area, will add additional lettable space.
Kauffmans was appointed by Credit Suisse Asset Management to advise on the restructure of the Headlease held by the City of London Corporation. The transaction was completed in February 2023, enabling the redevelopment of the property, which is now underway and predicted to realise a GDV of £160M. Watch this space.
