30 St Mary Axe, ‘The Gherkin’, is one of London’s most famous architectural icons. Designed by Foster + Partners and completed in 2003, this was London’s first ecological tall building. And it went on to win the ultimate accolade – the Royal Institute of British Architects’ Stirling Prize.

We were understandably proud to have been appointed by our client as joint agents to sub-let surplus office space. And we’re even more proud to say that since our joint agency instruction over 80,000 sq ft of lettings have been concluded.
