Recognise Bank was founded in 2017 to provide financial services to SMEs. The bank had ambitious growth plans and wanted to relocate from the Royal Exchange to more suitable City premises. Kauffmans was appointed in 2022 to find a new London HQ. And at our client’s insistence it had to be as close as possible to London’s financial centre.
A lease was agreed on the 2nd floor of Augustine House. Once the site of a 13th Century Friary, the bank’s new home is just a 3-minute walk from Threadneedle Street. And you can’t get more ‘finance’ than that.
