Head Lease Restructuring
Fitzroy, Minerva and Telephone House, WC1
In 2014, Schroders completed the purchase of Fitzroy, Minerva and Telephone Houses. The three adjacent properties, on North Crescent off Bloomsbury’s Chenies Street, comprise grade A accommodation over lower ground, ground and 5 upper floors and were let to Omnicom.
A lease surrender was agreed with Omnicom and planning acheived in May 2023 for a comprehensive refurbishment of the buildings.
