Keltan House offers four storeys of co-working space and office suites. Following a refurbishment in 2016, the building had been used as a hub for local designers and creative companies. But, after several years running the space, WeWork announced plans to restructure their UK operation. The London Borough of Hackney needed help mitigating any impact on cashflow. They turned to Kauffmans.
We negotiated a reverse premium on LBH’s behalf that released WeWork from their tenancy. At the same time, we arranged a new letting to an approved company within the Borough. Crisis averted, and everyone happy.
