TFS Healthcare Limited sought to assign its interest in the 6th floor ‘penthouse’ at One New Change as part of its wider occupational strategy.
Kauffmans advised the outgoing tenant throughout the assignment process, identifying Global Currency Exchange Network Limited as the assignee and negotiating the transaction to achieve a successful assignment of the 6th floor occupational lease, delivering the client’s commercial objectives.
