London College of Fashion (UAL) will be re-locating to its new Stratford campus in 2023/24. Terms were negotiated with UAL to purchase the freehold of their current 100 Curtain Road site.

A delayed completion has been woven into the agreement, enabling the college to stay, while their new campus is made ready. During this deferred completion period, we’re working with Trilogy Property on a planning application to double the size of the property. Once permissions and the purchase are ironed out, we’ll be seeking suitable occupiers. Exciting times.
